Domaine Huet創建於1928年，不算是很老的酒莊，首任莊主為Victor Huet，而酒莊的名聲則是由其子Gaston於二戰後建立，現在是Vouvray區極具代表性的酒莊，其葡萄園分為Le Haut-Lieu、Le Mont及Le Clos du Bourg，以自然動力法栽植，葡萄酒依甜度大致分為Sec(dry)、Demi-sec(半甜或微甜)及Moelleux(甜)三種，Huet家的酒水準很高，且很整齊，依WS的評價，各年份的酒甚少低於90分，前些年喝過04年份的Le Mont sec，對Huet家的酒便頗有好感

而此酒為淡鵝黃色澤，帶有迷人的桃子、梅子、杏仁等堅果及礦石、白花香氣，入口甜美，如甘油般圓潤滑順，帶爽脆的酸度，均衡，結構完整，餘味綿長且回甘，第二天再喝，香味變得更深沉，帶有打火石的氣味，餘味甚長，頗有陳年的潛力。

WS評分為92分：Very tight now, with hints of ginger, peach and humus held in check by bracing acidity. The long, tangy, almost snappy finish will need cellaring to loosen up, but there's plenty of spice and minerality for those who are patient. Best from 2008 through 2018. 1,495 cases made. –JM
